This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.

Choose the location.
Inspect the premises.

For North Reading, compare Main Street and Park Street professional premises with Riverpark offices and smaller shops or larger retail units. Identify the actual unit and the access your customers, staff and deliveries require.

Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.

If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.

Compare before committing

The premises.
The agreement. The costs.

Office rooms or a larger campus

Earlier Main Street, Park Street and Riverpark descriptions included properties of different sizes. Check rooms, entry, floor access, utilities, fit-out and shared facilities. A former office or medical layout does not prove permission or vacancy today.

Retail size and earlier construction news

The original contrasted a former fast-food property, a larger retail premises and smaller units. Its prediction of completion at 75 Main Street in 2019 is not a current building-status report. Earlier Amazon Robotics opening news does not establish today’s tenant roster or demand for a nearby property.

Researching an earlier property advertisement?

Our earlier North Reading guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:

  • 348–350 Park Street
  • 133–135 Main Street
  • 400 Riverpark Drive
  • 75 Main Street — original 2019 completion forecast
  • 50 Main Street — former fast-food reference
  • 97 Main Street
  • 265–277 Main Street

Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.

Compare the full commitment

For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.

Before you sign or start work

Your use.
The written terms. The approvals.

Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.

A space for your work.
A clear next step.

Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
