Talk with our rental team

Tell us about your
North End search.

In your message, include your pet details, rent budget, bedrooms, bathrooms and move-in date. Send the apartment address or building name if you already have one in mind.

Add any essential parking, laundry, elevator or outdoor-space needs. If you would consider nearby areas, name them rather than assuming every building has the same pet rules.

This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties. It does not apply for a home, reserve an apartment or confirm that a pet is accepted.

Compare the home and location

Your North End search.
Specific apartment questions.

Start with the apartment address and your household’s needs. Building guides and area descriptions are not a list of available homes or a promise that your pet will be accepted.

A North End apartment starts with its address

The original guide emphasized older architecture, shops and walking. For a home you like, compare the entrance, floor, stairs or elevator, laundry and room dimensions. Check the actual route to errands and outdoors with your pet rather than assuming everything is equally close.

Park Lane Seaport is a separate search

The old North End page included Park Lane Seaport, which is in the Seaport, not the North End. If you would consider that area too, read its guide and tell our rental team. It is an alternative location, not evidence of North End rental inventory or current pet approval.

Browse North End building guides. These guides describe properties, not current vacancies or pet approvals.

The apartment and your routine

Check the details
you will live with.

Name the North End street or building you want to compare. Check your trip to work or transit and the apartment’s entrance and storage. If you own a car, ask about actual parking arrangements; an old description of a walkable neighborhood does not mean you will not need one.

Layout and access

Check the actual floor plan, stairs or elevator, laundry and route outdoors. A shared courtyard, terrace or pet area is different from a private outdoor space and may have its own use rules.

The full quote

Ask for the apartment’s rent, lease dates, recurring charges and payments due before moving in. Clarify what is included and what is optional rather than relying on an old advertised price or an amenity list.
