Apartments in the North End.
Compare the home and the address.

Compare North End apartments by their entrance, enclosed rooms and lease dates. Tell our rental team your budget and whether a waterfront address or a smaller-building home matters to you.

Tell us about your
North End apartment search.

Name North End, your rent budget, bedrooms, bathrooms and move-in date. Include pets, parking, laundry and any stairs or elevator needs.

Send any apartment address or listing link and the work, hospital or campus entrance you need to reach. Tell us whether your dates or acceptable areas can change.

Your contact details

I agree to be contacted by Boston City Properties via call, email, and text for real estate services. To opt out, you can reply 'stop' at any time or reply 'help' for assistance. This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties, not an application or reservation. Ask our team which documents are needed before sending private financial records.

Compare the apartment.
Then the full cost.

Ask about the offered home’s rooms, entrance, storage and laundry. Compare rent, utilities, recurring charges, move-in payments and the actual lease dates.

An area or building guide is not a vacancy list. Ask our rental team about a particular apartment and move-in date.

A converted warehouse loft and an older apartment have different layouts

Ask about bedroom walls and doors, any stairs inside the home, laundry and usable furniture space. Compare that plan with a smaller older-building apartment. A warehouse or loft label does not establish an extra bedroom, modern equipment or identical rooms across the building.

Use the Atlantic, Richmond or Hanover Street entrance

Send the full address and your daily destination. Compare the actual walking or transit trip and your arrival arrangements. A waterfront-area reference does not give every home a harbor view, and nearby North Station rental buildings are not automatically North End addresses.

Buying instead of renting?

Tell our buying team about the North End home or address you are considering, your price range and purchase timeline. The rental inquiry above is not a condo sales search or an offer of a particular home.

The apartment and your routine

Check the details
you will live with.

Ask about the specific home’s storage, windows, pet rules and parking. Ask for a quote for your dates and compare rent, utilities and other charges for the actual home.

Ask for the written terms

Check lease dates, utilities, pet rules, parking and shared facilities for the offered apartment. Ask for any required recurring charges and move-in costs separately.

Need a furnished or temporary rental?

Share the exact dates and furniture you need. An appliance list does not establish that an apartment is furnished or offered for a shorter lease.
