Norfolk · commercial property · Lease, buy or market
Looking to lease or buy Norfolk commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Norfolk, compare Pond Street, Dedham Street and Shire-area premises with an office campus, industrial unit, retail shop or land. Explain customer access, staff trips, loading, equipment and utility requirements.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
Earlier 111 Dedham Street and 4 Philips Way examples differed from smaller office and shop properties. Check the office/production split, floor access, loading, utilities, shared facilities and actual unit. A previous medical-office description does not authorize your operation.
Shire Park, Lawrence Street and Pond Street references included land and development proposals. The original also discussed the former Norfolk Airpark. Treat these as historical starting points: verify parcel boundaries, wetlands, services and approvals before considering a project.
Earlier Holbrook Village and Dedham Street examples included retail and vehicle-service premises. Review entry, signs, equipment, condition and the work necessary for a different use; prior advertisements do not settle today’s permissions.
Our earlier Norfolk guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
