Tell us about your
Newton apartment search.

Name Newton, your rent budget, bedrooms, bathrooms and move-in date. Include pets, parking, laundry and any stairs or elevator needs.

If you have a home in mind, send its address or listing link and the destination you need to reach. Name other acceptable areas if your location is flexible.

Your contact details

I agree to be contacted by Boston City Properties via call, email, and text for real estate services. To opt out, you can reply 'stop' at any time or reply 'help' for assistance. This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties, not an application or reservation. Ask our team which documents are needed before sending private financial records.

Compare the home.
Then the full cost.

Ask about rent, utilities, recurring charges, move-in payments and offered lease dates. Check the actual rooms, entrance, storage and laundry before comparing apartments.

A building guide is not a vacancy list. Ask our rental team about a specific home and move-in date.

Woodland Station and Newton Highlands are different locations

The former Arborpoint at Woodland Station guide now covers Woodland Station Apartments at 1940 Washington Street. The former Avalon at Newton Highlands guide covers The Aven at 99 Needham Street. Compare the apartment entrance and actual journey rather than treating these communities as one station location.

Compare a furnished home with an unfurnished apartment

Earlier examples described one- through three-bedroom layouts, installed laundry, kitchen finishes and shared recreation spaces. If you need furniture or a particular lease length, state that separately. Appliances, a pool or a community lounge do not establish a furnished home or facilities included with every lease.

Check the Newton address before comparing apartments

For a Winchester Street, Boylston Street, Beacon Street or other Newton home, send the full address, floor and entrance. Compare the actual rooms, equipment and full lease cost, then check the trip to your destination. Newton and Natick are different municipalities; use the home’s verified city or town rather than an unrelated location in a search description.

Buying instead of renting? Talk with our buying team about the Newton home you want to purchase. The rental inquiry above is not a condo sales search or an offer of a particular home.

The apartment and your routine

Check the details
you will live with.

Check the full trip from the offered apartment, including the station connection and return journey. Eligibility-based homes have a separate application process; a brokerage inquiry is not approval or a place on a waiting list.

Ask for the written terms

Check lease dates, utilities, pet rules, parking and shared facilities for the offered home. Earlier apartment examples and prices are not current offers.
