Talk with our rental team

Tell us about your
Newburyport apartment search.

Name Newburyport, your rent budget, bedrooms, bathrooms and move-in date. Include pets, parking, laundry and any stairs or elevator needs.

If you have a home in mind, send its address or listing link and the destination you need to reach. Name other acceptable areas if your location is flexible.

This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties, not an application or reservation. Ask our team which documents are needed before sending private financial records.

Compare the home.
Then the full cost.

Ask about rent, utilities, recurring charges, move-in payments and offered lease dates. Check the actual rooms, entrance, storage and laundry before comparing apartments.

A building guide is not a vacancy list. Ask our rental team about a specific home and move-in date.

Compare the Lime and Atwood Street examples by bathroom count

The earlier examples described a three-bedroom home and a two-bedroom home, both with two-and-a-half bathrooms. Ask about the actual floor plan, bedroom separation and bath locations. A former downtown listing is not evidence of a home offered now.

A porch, deck and patio are different spaces

If outside space matters, say which type you need and ask who can use it. Compare a screened porch with an open deck or fenced patio, then check parking, laundry and maintenance obligations. A former walk-to-downtown description does not establish your own route.

The apartment and your routine

Check the details
you will live with.

Check current bus, rail or road options from the apartment entrance, including the return journey. Compare the offered lease and total recurring costs rather than assuming an old street example is still available.

Ask for the written terms

Check lease dates, utilities, pet rules, parking and shared facilities for the offered home. Earlier apartment examples and prices are not current offers.
