Talk with our rental team
In your message, include your pet details, rent budget, bedrooms, bathrooms and move-in date. Send the apartment address or building name if you already have one in mind.
This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties. It does not apply for a home, reserve an apartment or confirm that a pet is accepted.
Compare the home and location
Start with the apartment address and your household’s needs. Building guides and neighborhood descriptions are not a list of available homes or a promise that your pet will be accepted.
The Longwood was one of the original guide’s two rental comparisons. Read the building guide and ask about the specific home, bedroom count, parking arrangements and current pet policy. The former one-dog/two-cat wording and old amenity descriptions are not a promise of today’s rules or availability.
The original page also described City View at Longwood. If that is the name in your advertisement, send our rental team its street address and apartment details. We have not verified a current-name replacement for that old reference, so do not assume another Longwood-named property is the same building.
If you need a home near Longwood Medical Area or a campus, give us the entrance you need to reach and your arrival time. Compare the full route and the apartment’s stairs or elevator. “Near Longwood” is not a door-to-door travel time.
Browse Mission Hill building guides. These guides describe properties, not current vacancies or pet approvals.
The apartment and your routine
Mission Hill includes varied housing and streets around Tremont Street and Huntington Avenue. Check the exact apartment entrance, floor and trip to your destination. For your pet, compare the route outdoors, room layout and building terms; the neighborhood name does not answer those questions.
Check the actual floor plan, stairs or elevator, laundry and route outdoors. A shared courtyard, terrace or pet area is different from a private outdoor space and may have its own use rules.
Ask for the apartment’s rent, lease dates, recurring charges and payments due before moving in. Clarify what is included and what is optional rather than relying on an old advertised price or an amenity list.
Tell our rental team your dates, budget and pet details. Include a property or street you like and which requirements cannot change.
