Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or town permit request.
Compare Milton Village, Adams Street, Brook Road, Canton Avenue, Randolph Avenue or another verified Milton address. Milton is a town. The earlier guide also included properties described along River Street, Hyde Park Avenue and Blue Hill Avenue; confirm the municipality before treating any of those as a Milton option.
This is a commercial-property guide, not a live list of available units. Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria.

A former restaurant, garden-center property, ground-floor shop and upper-floor office have different use, service and access requirements. Check the unit and approvals rather than relying on its former tenant or the earlier guide’s exterior descriptions.
The earlier guide described 133 Brook Road, 7 Pleasant Street and 1126 Randolph Avenue, contrasting a storefront, restaurant-style premises and garden-center structures. These are historical descriptions, not properties offered now. Establish the actual unit, entrance, services, loading and proposed use before relying on them.
Historical examples at 552 Adams Street and 2 Granite Avenue, plus Canton Avenue and smaller Granite Avenue premises, discussed courtyards, shared services, office suites and shops. They do not establish current availability or retail access to office amenities. Check the municipality and which rights belong to an actual unit.
The earlier guide also included 1345 Hyde Park Avenue, 1225 River Street, 90 River Street, 1618–1634 and 1611–1615 Blue Hill Avenue, and 213 Colburn Street. Do not assume these are Milton addresses because they appeared in that guide. Verify the municipality and actual property, then check usable shop area separately from basement or office space. Old asking amounts and interior descriptions are not current offers.
The earlier guide reported luxury-home examples, a Wolcott Residential / Carberry Estate proposal along Canton Avenue and infrastructure work. These historical reports do not establish current project status, retail suites, commuter-rail service in Milton or a guaranteed customer base. A proposed residents-only common room is not retail space.
Tell our team the address or search area, floor area, lease or purchase budget, timing and required work. Ask about particular properties and viewing arrangements. The guide does not promise exclusive stock, immediate appointments, custom notifications or a guaranteed fit.
Request a written breakdown of base rent, taxes, insurance, utilities, maintenance and shared charges. Clarify annual versus monthly figures, rentable area, estimates and adjustments. Gross, net and modified lease labels do not replace the agreement or settle responsibility for larger repairs.
Compare financing, taxes, insurance, condition, repairs and opening work with the complete lease proposal. Retain money for stock and operations. Ownership does not guarantee appreciation, tax savings, fixed total costs or permission for alterations. Ask your lender about your actual business and property, not a universal credit-score or trading-history rule.
Ask about possession, deposits, building work, rent changes, renewal, assignment, subletting and exit conditions. Clarify who performs and pays for repairs. Leasing does not automatically provide free repairs or flexible relocation, and a fixed break-even rule does not decide whether buying suits your business.
Use the linked local resource as background, not approval for the premises. Ask the municipality about the actual business, signs and work. Nearby housing, employment and historic market statistics do not establish an available unit or expected shop sales.
Send our commercial team the address, current use, floor area, condition, occupancy, existing commitments and timing. We can discuss property information, pricing, marketing and negotiations. Include leases and actual income and expenses for an occupied property; do not rely on a generic return forecast or promise of a quick transaction.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the property with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your lender about financing and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A general location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
