Millis · commercial property · Lease, buy or market
Looking to lease or buy Millis commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Millis, compare a Main Street industrial property with office space, a freestanding shop or premises proposed for redevelopment. Explain your loading, utility, staff and customer-access needs and the exact space you want to lease, buy or offer.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
The earlier 1073 and 725 Main Street descriptions included industrial buildings with offices, loading and rail-spur references. Check the actual office/production split, clear heights, door access, equipment and utilities. Old rail connections, tenant lists and dock counts do not establish an available service or included facility today.
The original discussed two structures at 1105 Main Street and a house-and-garage property at 946 Main Street. Treat conversion, replacement-building and parking proposals separately from an operating shop. Obtain current permissions and written responsibilities rather than assuming a yard can be paved or a home converted.
The original reported a May 2017 vote on replacement Clyde Brown Elementary School facilities. That is historical civic news, not a current construction update, school-performance claim or evidence of demand or rising value for a commercial property.
Our earlier Millis guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
