This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.

Choose the location.
Inspect the premises.

For Methuen, compare Merrimack Street, Pleasant Valley Street, Broadway or another exact address. Identify whether the search is for medical or general offices, retail premises, an occupied investment or land, and the customer, staff and delivery access needed.

Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.

If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.

The premises.
The agreement. The costs.

Medical layout or general office suites

The original compared treatment-room premises on Merrimack Street with offices on Pleasant Valley, Branch and Milk Streets. Check room configuration, patient or client entry, utilities, shared services, parking rights and repairs. Existing examination rooms or a medical advertisement do not approve a new practice.

A center unit, smaller shop or converted home

The earlier Broadway, Lowell Street and Pleasant Valley Street retail examples differed from a house proposed for business use on Merrimack Street. Review the actual frontage, signs, entrance, parking, deliveries and conversion work. A large center’s total area is not the size of an available unit.

Land with structures or a redevelopment proposal

The original included Ayers Village Road, Lindberg Avenue and Pelham Street land descriptions. Check boundaries, existing buildings, services, title and current approvals. It inconsistently counted the structures at the Ayers Village parcel; do not rely on that old inventory or assume immediate profit.

Researching an earlier property advertisement?

Our earlier Methuen guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:

  • 20 Ayers Village Road — original land/building description,structure count inconsistent
  • 1 Lindberg Avenue — earlier industrial-land reference
  • 159 Pelham Street — earlier land/hotel reference
  • 160 Merrimack Street — earlier medical/treatment rooms
  • 184 Pleasant Valley Street
  • 380 Merrimack Street
  • 13 Branch Street
  • 100 Milk Street
  • 219–221 Broadway
  • 602 Lowell Street
  • 90 Pleasant Valley Street
  • 331 Merrimack Street — earlier house-to-retail description

Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.

Compare the full commitment

For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.

Before you sign or start work

Your use.
The written terms. The approvals.

Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.

A space for your work.
A clear next step.

Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
