This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.

Choose the location.
Inspect the premises.

Melrose is a separate city. Compare Downtown, Wyoming, Melrose Highlands, Cedar Park or another exact address with your staff and customer access needs. Distinguish a reused building or storefront from land proposed for redevelopment.

Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.

If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.

Compare before committing

The premises.
The agreement. The costs.

A reused building or ground-floor shop

The original described professional space at 355 Franklin Street and a first-floor retail unit at 524–530 Main Street. Check room layout, usable area, access, parking rights, repairs and the work required for the proposed use. Historic character and an old renovation description do not establish current condition or vacancy.

Land and permission for a new use

The earlier Swains Pond Avenue description concerned several lots and a proposed residential or mixed-use project. That is not approval for a current development. Ask the municipality about the exact property and operation before committing.

Earlier local-policy and civic news

The original reported a July 2017 Broadway/Route 99 designation for medical-marijuana dispensaries and discussed the annual Victorian Fair. Those historical references do not establish today’s licensing boundaries, event schedule or likely revenue for a business.

Researching an earlier property advertisement?

Our earlier Melrose guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:

  • Swains Pond Avenue — earlier multi-lot redevelopment proposal
  • 355 Franklin Street — original reused-building office reference
  • 524–530 Main Street — earlier retail unit

Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.

Compare the full commitment

For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.

Before you sign or start work

Your use.
The written terms. The approvals.

Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.

A space for your work.
A clear next step.

Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
