Compare the home.
Then the full cost.

Ask about rent, utilities, recurring charges, move-in payments and offered lease dates. Check the actual rooms, entrance, storage and laundry before comparing apartments.

A building guide is not a vacancy list. Ask our rental team about a specific home and move-in date.

A den is not automatically a second bedroom

The earlier Village Street examples included a one-bedroom home with a den and another smaller apartment. Ask about the den’s dimensions, separation and intended use. Compare the offered bedroom and bathroom arrangement rather than treating every additional room as a bedroom.

Check shared versus in-home laundry

The examples described both shared laundry and appliances inside a home, as well as a courtyard. Ask which arrangement applies to the actual rental, whether outside space is shared and which heat or utility charges you pay. Earlier renovation descriptions are not a current condition report.

The apartment and your routine

Check the details
you will live with.

Give our team the actual work or other daily destination. Check the full journey and the offered lease; old school-distance or low-price descriptions do not confirm enrollment, affordability or a home available now.

Ask for the written terms

Check lease dates, utilities, pet rules, parking and shared facilities for the offered home. Earlier apartment examples and prices are not current offers.
