Medway · commercial property · Lease, buy or market
Looking to lease or buy Medway commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Medway, compare a Main Street or Village Street storefront, smaller professional rooms and premises with loading or industrial requirements. Provide the exact address and planned operation rather than assuming a broad commercial label permits any project.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
The earlier Main Street examples included smaller buildings and offices on different floors. Review the actual entrance, stairs, reception, rooms, shared services and parking rights. A former bank tenant or kitchen is not a current tenant roster or approval for a new use.
The original compared Village Street and Main Street retail with Marc Road and Trotter Drive properties that included loading facilities. Check door access, clear heights, vehicles, equipment, utilities and the division between office, production and storage. Verify these for the space actually offered.
The guide included Alder Street and Main Street land references and an old ready-to-build description. Obtain current boundaries, environmental and approval information before treating the site as buildable. The original combined “18 Alder Street Trotter Drive” label is retained only as unresolved historical wording.
Our earlier Medway guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
