This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.

Choose the location.
Inspect the premises.

Medford is a separate city, not a Boston neighborhood. Compare Medford Square, Wellington, West Medford, South Medford, Station Landing or another exact location against the entrance, floor, parking and staff journey your business needs.

Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.

If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.

Compare before committing

The premises.
The agreement. The costs.

Office-campus space, medical rooms or industrial work

The original contrasted Cabot Road offices, smaller Boston Avenue and High Street premises, medical rooms on Main Street and an office-industrial unit at 407 Rear Mystic Avenue. Check the actual unit’s rooms, equipment, loading, utilities, access and repairs. A shuttle or shared amenity from an old advertisement is not a current included service.

Downtown storefront or larger retail unit

Main Street and Salem Street shops differed from the Locust Street center. Compare customer entry, windows, signs, parking rights, deliveries, basement storage and the area actually offered. A former supermarket-size space does not guarantee permission for every retailer.

Land, business purchase and an occupied investment

The original discussed Linden Street and Commercial Street land as well as business and investment searches. Keep those transactions distinct from leasing your own premises. An old zoning list, level site, university location or river setting does not establish project approval or profitability.

Researching an earlier property advertisement?

Our earlier Medford guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:

  • 42 Linden Street — earlier land reference
  • 48–64 Commercial Street — earlier land reference
  • 10 and 20 Cabot Road
  • 196 Boston Avenue
  • 137 Main Street — earlier medical-office description
  • 84 High Street
  • 407 Rear Mystic Avenue — earlier office-industrial unit
  • 399 Main Street
  • 215 and 31 Salem Street
  • Unnamed one-story storefront north of the river — no address given in the original
  • 49 Locust Street

Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.

Compare the full commitment

For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.

Before you sign or start work

Your use.
The written terms. The approvals.

Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.

A space for your work.
A clear next step.

Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
