Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Maynard, compare a downtown Summer Street, Nason Street or Main Street property with a Powdermill Road office or Parker Street retail-center unit. Explain your business use, floor area, access, loading and fit-out needs; compare the actual staff journey rather than an old rail-distance estimate.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
The original discussed a Summer Street building with office/retail floors and a garage, a large Powdermill Road complex and reused space on Great Road. Check the floor and rooms actually offered, shared services, stairs, utilities and repairs. A whole building’s area or former use is not available space for your company.
Nason Street and Main Street examples differed from the Parker Street center. Compare customer entry, windows, signs, delivery access, parking rights and continuing costs. Nearby homes, an entertainment venue or a 2017 development date do not guarantee customer demand.
Clarify whether the proposal concerns one suite, a whole building or an operating business. Review a former bank layout, proposed use and written responsibilities rather than assuming its prior configuration suits every tenant.
Our earlier Maynard guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
