Looking to lease or buy Marblehead commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Marblehead, compare an Essex Street or Pleasant Street office, Atlantic Avenue premises or a Tioga Way location. Give our team the exact address, entrance, floor area and customer or staff access you need. A harbor setting or historic building does not settle parking, permitted use or the cost of operating there.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
The earlier guide compared small offices on Pleasant Street and Atlantic Avenue with larger Tioga Way premises. Check the room or suite offered, shared services, stairs, heating and cooling, repairs and written parking rights. Total building area is not the size of an available office.
Earlier Essex Street and Atlantic Avenue examples mixed retail, office and possible residential changes. Review each floor separately and obtain current permission and written restrictions. The original suggestion of converting offices to homes is not approval for that conversion.
Check storefront windows, signs, customer entry, delivery arrangements and the work your business requires. An old small driveway, tenant, floor plan or asking rent is not a current right or offer.
Our earlier Marblehead guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
