Looking to lease or buy Malden commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Malden, compare Pleasant Street, Salem Street, Broadway and other exact addresses with your customer, staff and delivery needs. Separate an office or shop for your own business from land for a project, a whole building or an investment with existing tenants.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
The earlier guide contrasted older downtown buildings with multi-story offices. Check the floor, entrance, private rooms, shared areas, utilities, repairs and current access. An old medical-office description does not permit every professional use, and a renovation does not establish present condition.
A ground-floor shop, a drive-through property and upstairs retail raise different access, sign, loading and fit-out questions. Obtain the current agreement and proposed-use requirements. A previous drive-through or restaurant use does not prove approvals transfer to your business.
The original included a Charles Street redevelopment parcel and small suites within larger buildings. Confirm whether the offer is land, a whole building, one unit or part of a retail center. Compare usable space and parking rights rather than relying on old population or proximity claims.
Our earlier Malden guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
