Lynnfield · commercial property · Lease, buy or market
Looking to lease or buy Lynnfield commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Lynnfield, compare Broadway, Kimball Lane, Salem Street, Market Street or your preferred exact address. Distinguish an office campus, downtown shop, freestanding retail unit and land for a project; identify the access and facilities your business actually requires.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
Earlier Broadway and Kimball Lane examples described offices with shared conference or reception areas. Check the unit’s private rooms, shared facilities, entrances, parking rights and continuing charges. A landscaped campus or architectural description does not certify the current offer or condition.
The original compared smaller Lynnfield Street and Post Office Square spaces with larger Market Street retail. It also described 1150 Market Street before construction. Do not assume that old proposal is now completed or available; obtain current property-specific information.
The earlier 210 Broadway advertisement quoted separate and combined purchase options. Clarify the legal interest and space being offered, existing leases and shared responsibilities. An old mixed-use land description is not approval for your project.
Our earlier Lynnfield guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
