This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.

Choose the location.
Inspect the premises.

For Lynn, compare a Lynnway property, a downtown Union Street or Central Avenue office, a Boston Street premises and the exact address your business needs. Distinguish customer-facing retail, professional rooms, industrial operations, an occupied investment and land for redevelopment.

Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.

If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.

Compare before committing

The premises.
The agreement. The costs.

Medical rooms, larger offices and reused buildings

The original compared smaller medical-office premises with downtown offices of different sizes. Check patient or client access, stairs, rooms, utilities, fit-out and parking rights. An old tenant roster, stated gross income or refurbishment does not certify present vacancy, income or condition.

A storefront, former restaurant or development site

A shop on Exchange Street, a retail center and a former Boston Street restaurant require different entry, signage, kitchen and delivery checks. The earlier 810 Lynnway proposal is historical; its quoted height and condo/unit figures are not current development permission or an active offer.

An occupied investment is not vacant premises

Separate the property, its existing leases and your intended business occupancy. Ask for current records, costs, condition and the work necessary for your use. A population count, harbor setting or advertised price does not establish value or a return.

Researching an earlier property advertisement?

Our earlier Lynn guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:

  • 38–44 Andrew Street — earlier land reference
  • 203 Boston Street — earlier land reference
  • 152 Lynnway
  • 36 Washington Street — earlier medical-office description
  • 270 Union Street
  • 14–20 Central Avenue
  • 225 Boston Street — earlier occupied medical-office investment
  • 69–73 Exchange Street
  • 30–32 Boston Street
  • 810 Lynnway — earlier redevelopment proposal
  • 829 Boston Street — earlier restaurant/bar description

Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.

Compare the full commitment

For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.

Before you sign or start work

Your use.
The written terms. The approvals.

Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.

A space for your work.
A clear next step.

Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
