Lawrence · Massachusetts rentals
Compare an apartment or loft in Lawrence using the actual address, rooms and complete rental cost. Share your dates and whether you need furniture or a separate work area.
Talk with our rental team
This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties, not an application or reservation. Ask our team which documents are needed before sending private financial records.
Ask about rent, utilities, recurring charges, move-in payments and offered lease dates. Check the actual rooms, entrance, storage and laundry before comparing apartments.
A building guide is not a vacancy list. Ask our rental team about a specific home and move-in date.
Lawrence rental comparisons
The earlier guide named Princeton at Mt. Vernon, Monarch Lofts, River Pointe at Den Rock Park, Addison at Andover Park and Washington Mill Building No. 1. Send the address or listing link if one of those is your intended home; do not assume a similarly named property or broad Andover label establishes the same location.
The old Princeton example mentioned furnishing; the other examples described loft layouts, kitchens and shared facilities. Ask which furniture and equipment are included, for what dates and at what extra cost. Older pet or recreation descriptions are not a current lease package.
The apartment and your routine
Use the apartment entrance and daily destination to compare the actual journey. If a loft is appealing, check bedroom separation, windows, stairs or elevator, storage and laundry rather than relying on the building’s marketing name.
Check lease dates, utilities, pet rules, parking and shared facilities for the offered home. Earlier apartment examples and prices are not current offers.
Tell our team the exact dates and furniture you need. Appliances do not mean an apartment is furnished.
Share your budget, rooms, dates and must-haves with our rental team.
