Hult calls this its Boston campus but lists Hult Center at 1 Education Street, Cambridge. Use that Cambridge address for your search; “Boston campus” does not mean the building is in a Boston neighborhood.

Compare the apartment entrance and full route to Hult Center. If you would consider Kendall Square, Central Square, Harvard Square, Riverside or North Cambridge, name the area and check the trip rather than assuming all Cambridge homes are within walking distance.

The apartment and your routine
The original guide compared studios, larger apartments, lofts and condos, with features such as balconies and building amenities. Ask what belongs to the offered home and what is shared, optional or separately charged. Do not use an old amenity list as a lease quote.
Ask for rent, lease start and end dates, utilities, recurring charges and payments due before moving in. Check the actual bedrooms, shared space and written lease requirements rather than relying on an old advertised price.
