Looking to lease or buy Hull commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Hull, compare the exact Nantasket Avenue, State Park Road or other property and the trip along the peninsula. Distinguish a waterfront storefront, an office unit, an operating restaurant and land proposed for redevelopment. A water view does not settle access, demand or approval questions.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
The earlier 147–155 Nantasket Avenue and former aquarium examples discussed mixed-use redevelopment. Check the actual parcel, existing occupiers, condition, utilities and current plans. A historical condominium, hotel or restaurant concept is not a current entitlement or offered project.
The earlier guide described mixed office/storefront space and waterfront retail premises. Check the usable unit area, windows, signs, deliveries, parking and weather exposure. A peninsula-wide description does not prove that one unit has convenient parking or access.
Clarify whether the transaction includes premises, a lease, an operating business or equipment. Inspect the kitchen, systems, repairs and required permissions. Earlier seating counts, former tenants and prices do not establish current operations, license transfer or income.
Our earlier Hull guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
