Holliston · commercial property · Lease, buy or market
Looking to lease or buy Holliston commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Holliston, compare Washington Street, October Hill Road, Summer Street, Woodland Street or another exact premises. Explain whether you need a shop, professional office, warehouse, distribution space or land. The building’s former use does not establish that your business can move in unchanged.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.

The earlier guide described several flex and former-manufacturing premises. Check loading, storage, clear height, office rooms, shared reception, utilities and repairs for the actual unit. A whole complex’s area is not the usable space or expansion right offered to you.
Check frontage, customer entry, signs, deliveries and parking rights. A former banking layout or drive-up window does not approve another use. The earlier mixed-use Washington Street buildings and larger flex examples require different fit-out and customer-access checks.
For the earlier Washington Street land or a conversion proposal, clarify the parcel and intended operation. Review current conditions and approvals with the appropriate advisers. Old rents, unspecified development plans and a trail described as unfinished in the earlier guide are not current status reports.
Our earlier Holliston guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
