This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.

Choose the location.
Inspect the premises.

For Hingham, compare the exact Lincoln Street, Derby Street, Sharp Street, Shipyard Drive or other property. Distinguish professional office space, flex premises, retail and mixed-use property. Test the actual staff, visitor and delivery trip rather than assuming a nearby ferry or rail service serves every building.

Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.

If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.

Compare before committing

The premises.
The agreement. The costs.

Office, flex space or a condominium unit

The earlier Sharp Street example mixed different uses, while other buildings supplied professional offices. Clarify whether you want one condominium unit, a leased suite or a whole property. Check private rooms, utilities, loading, parking rights and restrictions on the proposed operation.

A storefront and its shared facilities

The earlier Shipyard and Lincoln Street examples discussed mixed-use and retail-center settings. Review the entrance, customer route, signs, deliveries and parking for the actual unit. A center’s total area and nearby amenities do not describe the rights or usable space of one tenant.

Existing premises versus an old construction proposal

The earlier 90 Industrial Park Road discussion forecast completion by 2020. It is not evidence of present completion or vacancy. Check current documents and condition for that address; an earlier construction date does not make any building repair-free.

Researching an earlier property advertisement?

Our earlier Hingham guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:

  • 72 Sharp Street
  • 75 Sgt William B Terry Drive
  • 99 and 1 Derby Street
  • 90 Industrial Park Road historical proposal
  • 400, 225 and 211 Lincoln Street
  • 6 Shipyard Drive in the earlier Launch discussion
  • 193 Whiting Street

Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.

Compare the full commitment

For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.

Before you sign or start work

Your use.
The written terms. The approvals.

Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.

A space for your work.
A clear next step.

Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
