Use your message to name Harvard University, the actual campus or class address, your monthly budget, bedrooms and move-in date. If you are sharing, include how many people will live in the home.
This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties, not a university housing office. It does not apply for a home, reserve an apartment or confirm university or landlord approval.

The original guide centered on Harvard Square and Harvard Yard, while noting Harvard Business School in Allston. These are different sides of the Charles River. Compare the walk, any river crossing and transit from the apartment to your actual destination.
If your classes, research or clinical work are in Longwood, use that address rather than assuming a Harvard Square apartment is nearby. Our Harvard Medical School housing guide is a separate starting point for that location. Send any second campus you regularly need to reach.

The apartment and your routine
The original search also included Somerville and other Cambridge neighborhoods. Compare studio or shared-apartment layouts, work space, laundry and stairs rather than an old citywide price range. A condo offered by one owner is different from a managed rental community.
Ask for rent, lease start and end dates, utilities, recurring charges and payments due before moving in. Check the actual bedrooms, shared space and written lease requirements rather than relying on an old advertised price.
Talk with our buying team about your purchase budget, timing and intended use. Ask about condominium rules, costs and any future rental restrictions. Buying does not guarantee investment returns or a tenant after graduation.
Tell our rental team your campus address, dates, budget and must-haves. Name any nearby areas you would also consider so the search follows your needs.
