Tell us about your
Georgetown apartment search.

If you have a home in mind, send its address or listing link and the destination you need to reach. Name other acceptable areas if your location is flexible.

Your contact details

I agree to be contacted by Boston City Properties via call, email, and text for real estate services. To opt out, you can reply 'stop' at any time or reply 'help' for assistance. This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties, not an application or reservation. Ask our team which documents are needed before sending private financial records.

Compare the home.
Then the full cost.

Ask about rent, utilities, recurring charges, move-in payments and offered lease dates. Check the actual rooms, entrance, storage and laundry before comparing apartments.

A building guide is not a vacancy list. Ask our rental team about a specific home and move-in date.

The current guide uses Longview at Georgetown

The original page called its community example “Longview at Boston.” Our existing guide identifies Longview at Georgetown at 9 Patriot Lane. Specify that address if it is the property you mean; a Boston-area marketing phrase is not a Boston municipality.

Check the apartment before the amenity list

The older example described one- and two-bedroom layouts, laundry, closets, garages and shared recreation facilities. Ask which details serve the offered home and which charges apply rather than assuming everything in the old description is included.

The apartment and your routine

Check the details
you will live with.

For a work or other regular destination, compare the whole journey from the actual home entrance. The old suggestion that Boston, Haverhill and New York are all practical nearby trips should not determine your daily commute.

Ask for the written terms

Check lease dates, utilities, pet rules, parking and shared facilities for the offered home. Earlier apartment examples and prices are not current offers.
