Talk with our rental team
This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties, not an application or reservation. Ask our team which documents are needed before sending private financial records.
Ask for an itemized furnishings list and the actual lease dates. Separate rent from utilities, internet, parking, move-in payments and other charges, then compare the cost for your whole stay.
A furnished-rental guide is not an available-apartment list. Ask our rental team about the particular home, furniture and stay dates.
Fenway furnished rental comparisons
Compare studios, lofts and larger apartments in multifamily and taller buildings. Ask what is enclosed, where furniture fits and what laundry or storage belongs to the lease. A loft area is not automatically another bedroom.
Use the actual work, hospital or campus address and schedule to compare the route. If you need parking or arrival access near Fenway Park, ask about the building’s arrangements for your dates. An old neighborhood-wide transit description does not establish the same connection from every home.
The apartment and your routine
Check furnishings, utilities and the offered agreement separately. The original rental-percentage statistic, development forecasts and claims that short leases are common are not current inventory evidence.
Check the offered dates, minimum stay, extension conditions, utilities, pets and parking in the agreement. Earlier apartment and lease-term examples are not current offers.
Ask about beds, linens, kitchenware, seating, a desk and internet. Appliances alone do not mean an apartment is furnished.
