Then the full cost.

Ask about rent, utilities, recurring charges, move-in payments and offered lease dates. Check the actual rooms, entrance, storage and laundry before comparing apartments.

A building guide is not a vacancy list. Ask our rental team about a specific home and move-in date.

Union Place and Franklin Landings are separate properties

Our existing Union Place guide identifies 10 Independence Way; Franklin Landings is at 301 Union Street. Use the correct name and address when you ask about an apartment rather than treating both communities as a single rental option.

Compare laundry and storage with the actual home

The earlier guide described personal laundry at Union Place and shared facilities at Franklin Landings. Ask which equipment, storage and common amenities serve the offered apartment and whether anything costs extra. The old pool, spa or spacious-room descriptions are not a current lease promise.

The apartment and your routine

you will live with.

If rail or I-495 matters, compare the offered home entrance with your destination at the times you travel. Ask about parking and station access separately rather than assuming every rental is a short walk from transit.

Ask for the written terms

Check lease dates, utilities, pet rules, parking and shared facilities for the offered home. Earlier apartment examples and prices are not current offers.
