Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Franklin, compare Main Street, Central Street, Emmons Street and the exact premises near your preferred transportation route. Explain whether you need medical rooms, a general office, a shop, a restaurant or industrial space. Test access to the actual property instead of relying on a town-wide promise.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
The earlier guide contrasted medical premises on East Central Street with offices in a former mansion on Main Street. Check patient or client entry, room layout, equipment, stairs, parking and fit-out. An earlier medical use does not approve a new practice.
For a storefront, review frontage, signs, customer entry and parking. For a former restaurant, inspect the kitchen, preparation, dishwashing, storage and utility systems. Existing equipment, proximity to Dean College or a former café’s customers does not guarantee a successful opening.
Compare usable area, condition and the work needed with the written lease or purchase terms. A newer construction date is not a no-repair guarantee. Earlier regional I-495 vacancy figures and advertised prices are historical, not a current Franklin market quotation.
Our earlier Franklin guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
