Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
Framingham is a city. Compare a Worcester Road/Route 9, Golden Triangle, Speen Street, Hollis Street or other exact address with your staff, customer and delivery requirements. A highway or retail-center reference does not settle the entrance, parking rights or travel time for one unit.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
Describe private rooms, reception, equipment, meeting space, storage and loading before comparing an office with industrial or mixed-use premises. The earlier guide discussed different office classes; a class label or renovation date does not certify present condition or your proposed use.
The earlier Hollis Street example combined street-level professional or retail space with upper floors. Check the actual entrance, floor, shared areas and parking rights. A nearby established tenant does not guarantee customers, and an upper floor is not automatically approved for residential conversion.
For an older building, compare heating, cooling, accessibility, repairs and the work needed for your business. Check whether the quoted area describes your unit, the whole building or land. The earlier 2017 regional vacancy and rent figures are not current Framingham offers.
Our earlier Framingham guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
