Boston Foreclosure Guides by Neighborhood

Choose the part of Boston or the nearby city where you want to buy. These guides cover questions to ask about a foreclosure purchase; they are not a list of homes currently available.

Ask about a foreclosure purchase

Tell us the neighborhood or city, your purchase budget, the property type and whether you plan to live in the home or buy it as an investment. Include the address or listing link if you have one.

This form contacts Amo Realty - Boston City Properties about your search. It does not register an auction bid, reserve a property or open a foreclosure-only listings feed.

Choose a Boston neighborhood

Compare the areas where you would actually consider buying. Use a neighborhood guide to plan the questions you want to ask about a house, condo or other property. Then send our team the address of any property you want to discuss.

Looking outside Boston?

Brookline, Cambridge, Chelsea and the other communities below are separate cities or towns, not Boston neighborhoods. Choose the place you want to search rather than treating every nearby address as a Boston property.

Before you make an offer or bid

Ask our team how the property is being offered and what information is available about access, condition, occupancy, timing and purchase terms. Discuss financing with your lender and legal documents with your attorney before you commit. Do not assume a low asking price means a low total purchase cost.

Buying to live in or buying as an investment?

Tell us which applies to you. For a home, include the rooms and location you need. For an investment, include your planned use, repair budget and questions about rental arrangements. Our team can discuss the property search; an inquiry does not reserve a home or submit an auction bid.

Other ways to search

You can also ask Amo Realty about a regular home purchase or an apartment rental. Apartment inquiries are separate from foreclosure purchases; this directory does not advertise foreclosure rental stock.
