Talk with our rental team

Tell us about your
Everett apartment search.

Name Everett, your rent budget, bedrooms, bathrooms and move-in date. Include pets, parking, laundry and any stairs or elevator needs.

If you have a home in mind, send its address or listing link and the destination you need to reach. Name other acceptable areas if your location is flexible.

Your contact details

I agree to be contacted by Boston City Properties via call, email, and text for real estate services. To opt out, you can reply 'stop' at any time or reply 'help' for assistance. This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties, not an application or reservation. Ask our team which documents are needed before sending private financial records.

Compare the home.
Then the full cost.

Ask about rent, utilities, recurring charges, move-in payments and offered lease dates. Check the actual rooms, entrance, storage and laundry before comparing apartments.

A building guide is not a vacancy list. Ask our rental team about a specific home and move-in date.

Garland Street and Dunster Road were different examples

The original page described an unnamed Garland Street two-bedroom home and a Dunster Road three-bedroom home on an upper floor. These are old examples, not available listings. Compare the offered floor plan, entrance and stairs before choosing by room count.

Check the deck, equipment and pet terms

Ask whether outdoor space belongs to the home, which kitchen and laundry equipment are included and how heating is billed. An earlier renovation or pet-fee description does not establish today’s finish package or lease terms.

Compare the cost of the offered studio or larger home

Compare a studio with a larger apartment or condo offered for rent using actual enclosed rooms, lease dates, rent, utilities and recurring charges. Shared services and newer finishes do not tell you the total price. Send the apartment and destination addresses to compare the trip to Boston for your schedule.

Buying instead of renting? Talk with our buying team about the Everett home you want to purchase. The rental inquiry above is not a condo sales search or an offer of a particular home.

The original page also linked The Batch Yard. Use that building guide for context, then ask our rental team about the apartment and date you have in mind. Compare costs and your daily route with a private rental.

Ask for the written terms

Check lease dates, utilities, pet rules, parking and shared facilities for the offered home. Earlier apartment examples and prices are not current offers.
