Looking to lease or buy Everett commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Everett, compare a Broadway, Everett Square, Revere Beach Parkway, Ferry Street or other exact address. Test the staff, customer and delivery journey to the premises; a nearby bus stop does not establish a rail station or a fixed commute.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
Describe private rooms, reception, production, storage, loading, utilities and any fit-out. A mixed-use description does not authorize every operation. Compare the space’s condition and work required; construction in 1965 or a Class B label does not show that no repairs are needed.
Check possession separately from the purchase price, leases, expenses and financing. A former tenant or old cap-rate quotation does not guarantee income. Tell us whether the transaction is for premises, an operating business or both.
The earlier unnamed Ferry Street example described a mixed-use property with restaurant/bar facilities. Existing kitchen equipment, liquor storage and seating do not establish license transfer or permission for a new concept. Check signs, customer access, parking, condition and opening costs.
The earlier guide used 2017 vacancy and office-rate figures and a hotel-completion forecast. Those reports do not establish present stock, rates, project completion or investment returns. Ask about a specific property and current terms instead.
Our earlier Everett guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
