Tell us about your
off-campus search.

Use your message to name Emmanuel College, the actual campus or class address, your monthly budget, bedrooms and move-in date. If you are sharing, include how many people will live in the home.

Add laundry, parking, pet, furnishing or access needs. If you have an apartment address or building in mind, send it so the team can discuss that home rather than a campus-wide promise.

Start with the address.

Fenway address or a different neighborhood?

The original guide included Fenway apartments and brownstones or converted homes in Brookline. Brookline is a separate town. Compare the actual route to 400 The Fenway; do not treat a nearby-area label as a guaranteed walk to class.

Choose the home’s features

Compare a studio, a shared apartment, a converted Victorian home or a larger apartment community by its actual layout. Ask about room dimensions, laundry, stairs or elevator and any separately charged facilities. An old doorman-building description does not establish an available home.

Campus identity and location checked October 4, 2026: Emmanuel campus information. These are campus references, not university endorsements of our brokerage or an apartment.

The apartment and your routine

Check the details
you will live with.

If the Longwood area or a particular stop is part of your daily routine, send that destination too. Compare the apartment door, your class building and the errands you make regularly. For a condo, distinguish a rental offer from a purchase and check the applicable building rules.

The full rental quote

Ask for rent, lease start and end dates, utilities, recurring charges and payments due before moving in. Check the actual bedrooms, shared space and written lease requirements rather than relying on an old advertised price.

Thinking about buying a condo?

Talk with our buying team about your purchase budget, timing and intended use. Ask about condominium rules, costs and any future rental restrictions. Buying does not guarantee investment returns or a tenant after graduation.
