This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or town permit request.

Start with the location.
Check the actual space.

Compare Broadway, Methuen Road, Collinsville or a town-center address by the actual premises and customer route. Bridge Street, Greenmont and the Long Pond area can be search references, not evidence of current retail supply. The town’s published zoning bylaws include use, site-review, parking and sign provisions; check the applicable rules for your address and plans.

This is a commercial-property guide, not a live list of available units. Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria.

Compare before committing

The premises.
The agreement. The costs.

A roadside unit or town-center premises

Inspect frontage, access from parking, deliveries and neighboring uses at the relevant hours. If a business depends on a nearby medical facility or employer, investigate that connection rather than assuming its visitors will become customers.

Buying with a complete cost comparison

Compare financing, taxes, insurance, condition, repairs and building work with the full lease proposal. Retain operating funds as well as property funds. Ownership does not guarantee appreciation, fixed expenses or tax savings.

Leasing and flexibility

Review deposits, fit-out, rent changes, repair duties, renewal, assignment and exit terms. Ask what happens if you need to move or expand. A landlord is not automatically responsible for every repair, and a lease does not make relocation cost-free.

Gross, net or modified costs

Obtain a written allocation of taxes, insurance, maintenance, utilities and shared expenses. Ask about estimates and adjustments. Compare the actual total occupancy cost rather than using old asking rates or assuming net terms are cheaper.

Older premises, new space and shared buildings

Check services, condition, loading and the work needed to support your use. In a shared or mixed-use property, clarify entrances, hours, common facilities and costs. Ask the town about the intended use and alterations; a previous use does not approve a conversion.

Owners and property inquiries

Send the address, use, size, condition, occupancy and existing obligations, or describe the property your business needs. Our team can discuss current property information, pricing and negotiations and the information needed to compare a current offer.

Before you sign or start work

Your use.
The written terms. The approvals.

Discuss the property with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your lender about financing and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A general location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.

A space for your business.
A plan for your property.

Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
