Danvers · commercial property · Lease, buy or market
Looking to lease or buy Danvers commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
Specify a Garden Street, Water Street, Endicott Street, Constitution Lane, Rosewood Drive, Elm Street, Andover Street or other Danvers address. Separate industrial loading, office-suite access and retail customer needs before comparing premises.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
Identify the area for production, storage and administration, plus clear height, loading docks, drive-in access and utility needs. A former medical-system or light-industrial building does not certify permission for every operation. Review actual condition and fit-out costs.
Compare basement, ground-floor and upper-floor access, private rooms, reception, meeting space and shared services. Historic office buildings and larger parks have different layouts; class and construction year do not settle accessibility or current condition. Check parking rights and written service charges.
Existing kitchens, bars and other equipment need a condition and approval review. A former theatre’s redevelopment potential is not an approved plan. Confirm whether the transaction includes an operating business or only premises, and inspect signs, storefront access and deliveries.
Our earlier Danvers guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
