Looking to lease or buy Concord commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Concord, distinguish Commonwealth Avenue, Main Street, Monument Square, Pond Street, Virginia Road, Beharrell Street or another address. Explain whether you need an office suite, medical space, industrial premises or retail customer entry.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
Buying an office unit and leasing a suite have different documents and continuing charges. The earlier Bradford Mill/Wheelhouse and Regus at 300 Baker Street references are not current offers. Compare private rooms, shared facilities, mail, reception, internet, meeting rooms and access hours.
Describe examination or treatment rooms, reception, equipment and records storage. Check the actual entrance, elevator or stairs, restrooms and parking rights. A historical medical-office advertisement or class label does not establish approval or accessibility for your practice.
A first-floor shop and upstairs unit do not provide the same frontage or customer access. For industrial use, specify loading, utilities, storage and the work proposed. Compare the usable unit area with the building’s total area, and confirm rights to shared parking rather than relying on an old complex-wide count.
Our earlier Concord guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
