Talk with our rental team

Tell us about your
Chelsea apartment search.

Name Chelsea, your rent budget, bedrooms, bathrooms and move-in date. Include pets, parking, laundry and any stairs or elevator needs.

If you have a home in mind, send its address or listing link and the destination you need to reach. Name other acceptable areas if your location is flexible.

Your contact details

I agree to be contacted by Boston City Properties via call, email, and text for real estate services. To opt out, you can reply 'stop' at any time or reply 'help' for assistance. This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties, not an application or reservation. Ask our team which documents are needed before sending private financial records.

Compare the home.
Then the full cost.

Ask about rent, utilities, recurring charges, move-in payments and offered lease dates. Check the actual rooms, entrance, storage and laundry before comparing apartments.

A building guide is not a vacancy list. Ask our rental team about a specific home and move-in date.

Specify which Flats building you mean

The original page described The Flats at 22 & 44 on Gerrish Avenue. Our guide covers the two-building comparison; ask which building, entrance and apartment are being discussed. A community name does not establish the floor plan or available home.

Check the apartment and pet terms together

The earlier page described studio through two-bedroom layouts, some additional bathrooms and a parking garage. Ask which details apply to the apartment. Do not assume the older pet-interview, spay/neuter or parking descriptions are current lease requirements.

Compare Chelsea apartment locations and room layouts

For a Broadway, Washington Avenue, Webster Avenue or other Chelsea home, compare the actual address and entrance. Ask which rooms are enclosed, whether the apartment is a loft or conventional plan and which laundry, storage and parking arrangements belong to the lease. An older development description is not proof of current rental stock or an offered condo rental.

Buying instead of renting? Talk with our buying team about the Chelsea home you want to purchase. The rental inquiry above is not a condo sales search or an offer of a particular home.

The apartment and your routine

Check the details
you will live with.

For a Boston trip, compare the actual home entrance, route and current timetable. Include parking or a station connection in the full monthly cost rather than assuming an easy city-wide journey.

Ask for the written terms

Check lease dates, utilities, pet rules, parking and shared facilities for the offered home. Earlier apartment examples and prices are not current offers.
