Talk with our rental team

Tell us about your
Charlestown apartment search.

Name Charlestown, your rent budget, bedrooms, bathrooms and move-in date. Include pets, parking, laundry and any stairs or elevator needs.

If you have a home in mind, send its address or listing link and the destination you need to reach. Name other acceptable areas if your location is flexible.

Your contact details

I agree to be contacted by Boston City Properties via call, email, and text for real estate services. To opt out, you can reply 'stop' at any time or reply 'help' for assistance. This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties, not an application or reservation. Ask our team which documents are needed before sending private financial records.

Compare the home.
Then the full cost.

Ask about rent, utilities, recurring charges, move-in payments and offered lease dates. Check the actual rooms, entrance, storage and laundry before comparing apartments.

A building guide is not a vacancy list. Ask our rental team about a specific home and move-in date.

Parris Landing is a condo-building comparison

The earlier rental page described Parris Landing; our property guide identifies condos at 42 Eighth Street. A condo offered for rent may have an individual landlord and building rules. Ask whether a rental is actually offered for your dates instead of treating the entire development as a managed rental community.

Check the offered home’s access and shared spaces

For a Navy Yard or other Charlestown apartment, compare entrance, stairs or elevator, laundry, parking and any shared amenity terms. Old all-home finish, concierge, pool and travel descriptions do not confirm what an individual lease includes.

Compare an older-building home with a converted loft

Ask about stairs, the floor, enclosed bedrooms, installed laundry and storage before comparing an older-building apartment with a warehouse conversion. For a Bunker Hill Street or other Charlestown home, send the full address and your daily destination. Building age does not establish the apartment’s maintenance, equipment or lease package.

Buying instead of renting? Talk with our buying team about the Charlestown home you want to purchase. The rental inquiry above is not a condo sales search or an offer of a particular home.

The apartment and your routine

Check the details
you will live with.

Name the destination and travel times if you rely on rail, bus or ferry. Ask our rental team about the specific home; for a purchase instead, use our buying team rather than treating a rental inquiry as a condo sales search.

Ask for the written terms

Check lease dates, utilities, pet rules, parking and shared facilities for the offered home. Earlier apartment examples and prices are not current offers.
