Canton · commercial property · Lease, buy or market
Looking to lease or buy Canton commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
Specify an Industrial Drive, Turnpike Street/Route 138, Washington Street, Cobb Corner, Chapman Street or other Canton address. Explain whether customer entry, an office location, loading, a showroom or land area comes first.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
Paved land is not a ready-to-occupy building. For combined warehouse and showroom space, specify loading, drive-in access, clear height, drains, utilities, storage and the office area included. Confirm the proposed operation rather than relying on a former industrial use.
Compare daily or occasional workspace, shared desks, a private office and a virtual-business-address arrangement. Ask about meeting rooms, mail, reception, internet, parking and the agreement’s access and service charges. Earlier Workspace@45 and Dan Road examples are not current package offers.
Check street-front entry, signs, restrooms, parking and any former studio fit-out. The earlier 955 Turnpike Street proposal and Village Shoppes references do not establish current construction or vacancies. Ask about today’s premises and the use you propose.
Our earlier Canton guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
