Cambridge, Massachusetts · Apartment rentals
Tell Amo Realty - Boston City Properties about your cat or dog, monthly rent budget and move-in date. Our rental team can help you compare Cambridge apartment options and the pet-policy questions for the home you want.
Talk with our rental team
In your message, include your pet details, rent budget, bedrooms, bathrooms and move-in date. Send the apartment address or building name if you already have one in mind.
This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties. It does not apply for a home, reserve an apartment or confirm that a pet is accepted.
Compare the home and location
Start with the apartment address and your household’s needs. Building guides and area descriptions are not a list of available homes or a promise that your pet will be accepted.
The original pet guide compared Lofts at Kendall Square. Read its building guide and ask about the actual floor plan, sleeping-area separation, laundry and shared spaces. Older descriptions of free fitness facilities or flexible leases do not establish what is included with a particular apartment.
Vox on Two was another original rental example. Compare the specific home’s bedroom and bathroom count, cooling and access to advertised amenities. Ask our rental team about your animal’s current conditions rather than relying on the old claim that pets of all sizes are welcome.
Use the Walden Park guide to compare the original third example. If Danehy Park or another outdoor destination matters, check the route from the apartment and posted use rules. A pool, elevator or fitness room in an old description is not proof of today’s lease terms.
Browse Cambridge building guides. These guides describe properties, not current vacancies or pet approvals.
The apartment and your routine
Cambridge is a separate city. A Kendall Square search and a search near Alewife need different address-level comparisons. Tell us your work or campus entrance and when you need to arrive. Compare the actual home’s room sizes, storage and route outdoors with your pet.
Check the actual floor plan, stairs or elevator, laundry and route outdoors. A shared courtyard, terrace or pet area is different from a private outdoor space and may have its own use rules.
Ask for the apartment’s rent, lease dates, recurring charges and payments due before moving in. Clarify what is included and what is optional rather than relying on an old advertised price or an amenity list.
Tell our rental team your dates, budget and pet details. Include a property or street you like and which requirements cannot change.
