Burlington · commercial property · Lease, buy or market
Looking to lease or buy Burlington commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
For Burlington, distinguish Mall Road, Cambridge Street and Middlesex Turnpike premises from a general Route 128/I-95 or Route 3 corridor search. Test the actual staff, customer and delivery trip rather than relying on a promised travel time.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
Compare private rooms, reception, storage, meeting space and usable area. Medical or other specialized work needs a review of the proposed use and systems. A warehouse-to-office fit-out needs its own condition, access and approval checks.
Burlington Mall and Wayside Commons appeared in the earlier guide. Those location references do not establish current tenants or vacancies. Check the actual unit’s entrance, signs, visibility, deliveries and parking rights instead of assuming the whole center’s facilities are yours.
Compare the term and rights of a direct lease with a sublease. Ask who pays for utilities, maintenance, shared areas, repairs and fit-out. For an occupied investment, review the leases and expenses; rental income, expansion rights and a favorable total cost are not guaranteed.
Our earlier Burlington guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
