Description
Winthrop Arms of Watertown offers its residents the benefits of condo living, yet provides an atmosphere of a small multi-family home. The units are not in sprawling high-rises. There are only a handful of units within the building, which gives each unit the feeling of privacy.
A recently sold one bedroom and one bathroom unit had a total of 490 square feet. This is the typical space for all units in this complex, and it is designed in a way that utilizes every square foot.
There is tile flooring throughout the main living spaces in these units, with white ceramic tile found in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchens contain a stainless steel refrigerator, a microwave, a range oven, and a dishwasher. Maintenance is included in the monthly Homeowner's Association fee, so residents don't have to scramble to find a repairman during an appliance malfunction. The kitchen also has granite counter tops and offers plenty of counter space for preparing meals or placing extra appliances.
The bathroom has a fair amount of room, with its main feature being the full tub. Residents can draw a hot bath after a long day at the office. The rest of the space is spread perfectly between the bedroom and living room. The bedroom closet offers ample storage space, and the living room is large enough to entertain a medium-sized gathering.
Winthrop Arms of Watertown is an excellent choice for those looking to downsize into an affordable modern condo.
