It features an open design living room, dining room, and kitchen that makes the unit look massive. The master bedroom measures 11'x16' with a walk-in closet and a spacious private bathroom.
The second floor is a collection of two-bedroom units that feature a variety of layouts. The smallest is a 954 square foot unit with one and one-half bathrooms. The largest is a 1,658 square foot unit with two full bathrooms. This unit features a 20'x 15' master bedroom with a large private bathroom. The second bedroom is lofted, which gives the feeling of an apartment in downtown Manhattan.
The first floor has two additional two-bedroom and two-bathroom units both measure around 1,500 total square feet. The perk of these units is that they have a massive patio that measures 63'x 12'. The first floor is completed by the first floor of the Franklin School's only townhouse.
This townhouse measures at 2,506 square feet, which is spread out over two stories. The first floor features a massive open concept living room and kitchen area. It also has a formal dining space. The upstairs landing leads to a 14'x 16' den area, and through there is the unit's two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets, and the master bedroom has its own private bathroom.
