Description

The Arboretum is a newly renovated Peabody condominium complex. Each of these 190 units offer a total of six rooms, two of which are bedrooms. Each unit offers a full bath and a half bath. An additional room makes for the perfect office, giving each unit between 1,300 and 1,500 square feet of living space. This is a pet-friendly community.

Carpeting and fresh paint make units at The Arboretum modern and attractive. Imagine sitting next to a warm fireplace on a cold night, kept comfortable by the insulated windows and heating. Five different models are available, meaning that units differ from each other.

Granite countertops adorn the kitchens, which also offer modern appliances including a stove, garbage disposal, microwave and refrigerator. The kitchen island is another amenity many other condos simply don't offer. This feature ensures that the kitchen has plenty of space to cook and enjoy entertaining guests.

Bathrooms offer tile floors and some units feature double vanities with granite countertops. Bedrooms in each unit offer plenty of closet space too.

Community amenities at The Arboretum include a patio area, front yard space and an outdoor swimming pool. Greenery also makes these 34 acres feel like home. The complex also includes a clubhouse offering a stone fireplace and new tennis courts.

Parking is designated for two vehicles per unit. In-unit washers and dryers add another layer of convenience. Attic space and many exterior amenities are accessible to residents of the complex. Though the complex was built in 1972, The Arboretum offers plenty of modern amenities. In this case, Arboretum means more than simply "a home for trees." It is also a splendid home for people.
