Built in 2007, the 16 unit complex at 68 Centre Street in Hyannis, Massachusetts takes the form of a three story structure with a red and white exterior. Gabled roofs alternate with flat stretches to create an undulating roof line. The ground floor features commercial suites that make living here especially convenient to residents. A small onsite parking lot and drive through area makes it easy to access for visitors and tenants alike. A central lobby, which is outfitted with a plush sofa and lounge chairs for visitors, provides fast moving elevator service to the floors.
