Two-bedroom, two-bathroom condos will offer 1,200 to 1,400 square feet, and two-bedroom condos with dens will offer 1,300 to 1,700 square feet. Finally, three-bedroom, three-bathroom condos here will boast 1,800 to more than 1,900 square feet of space.
Units in this development will feature wool carpeting in bedrooms and premium hardwood flooring elsewhere. European finishes will lend them a sleek and contemporary design. Many condo residences will have balconies, and they will all have gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances and quartz counters.
