Description
Those who have ever dreamed about living on a beautiful golf course do not need to look further than Royal Crest Country Club. This club is home to 21 buildings that all feature multiple luxury condo units. The best part is these homes are quite reasonably priced when one considers the typical costs of homes on a golf course down south.
A recently listed unit at Royal Crest has a two-bedroom and two-bathroom layout and features 1,167 square feet of living space. This layout, which is typical of the units in Royal Crest, offers plenty of space in every room. The kitchen is fairly sized and furnished with all of the conveniences of a modern kitchen. The living and dining room feature an open design and have finished hardwood floors that gleam beautifully in the natural light.
The master bedroom's main feature is its spacious his and her closets. It also has a personal bathroom for added privacy. The second bedroom has an ample walk-in closet and plenty of floor space for bedding. This particular unit features a 16'x 11' space that can be used as a den or office. It also has a large cedar closet for extra storage. It can even be used to sleep guests in a pinch.
The signature feature of Royal Crest is the view of the lush fairways and greens from the private decks of select units. Living here includes access to the private 9-hole Royal Crest golf course, as well as all of the other clubhouse amenities.
