Description
One First is a renovated condo community located in the East Cambridge neighborhood. Originally built in 1898, the architecture of the five-building community reflects its rich history. The condo community offers both one- and two-bedroom units, and potential residents have the option to either purchase or rent a condo in the building. Layouts range in size from 663 to 1,626 square feet, so new residents can choose a condo that provides just the right size to suit their needs.
A courtyard with professional landscaping invites residents to enjoy the green space without leaving the comfort of home. The central courtyard ties together the community by connecting the five separate buildings that make up One First. Wireless internet access is available in the outdoor space, and busy professionals who want to enjoy the outdoors without falling behind on work projects have the opportunity to do both in the courtyard. Select units feature balconies and terraces that offer a view of the courtyard.
The on-site gym gives residents the opportunity to exercise without having to leave One First. Common areas like the library, TV room and roof deck allow residents to meet their neighbors and form a sense of community. The roof deck features teak furniture that can be used by residents who spend time in this common area.
Each unit is outfitted with washer and dryer hookups for the convenience of residents. On-site parking is available in a secure, underground garage that keeps residents' vehicles nearby when they want to explore the city. The garage can be accessed by elevator from inside of the One First buildings.
