The Commons at Forest Hills development is now MetroMark Apartments. The original project covered 3593–3615 Washington Street; the community’s current address is 3611 Washington Street in Jamaica Plain.
The former industrial site became a rental community with ground-floor retail and outdoor gathering areas near Forest Hills station. Studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom plans are offered. Some layouts add den space or a different bathroom arrangement, so use the actual floor plan when deciding how the space will work.

Patios and balconies are available in selected homes. Compare their usable size, the apartment’s exposure and its storage rather than assuming every unit has the same outdoor space or view. Ask about any specific accessibility needs before arranging a visit.

Courtyards with grills and fire pits, a rooftop lounge, clubhouse and fitness center provide shared gathering and exercise spaces. The property also lists a bicycle repair workshop and after-hours concierge.
